I manage the houses for a syndicate of co-investors. Don't worry, you won't live with me and all tenants are on an equal footing in the houses. I started the shared houses game when I bought my first house and liked the idea of a few lodgers and a sociable lifestyle.
I'm a family man these days but I still live in the Redland / Westbury Park area. I'm the first person you'll speak to if you're interested in one of our houses. I like to know something about all of my tenants so I take the initial interest calls.
We take care to match like for like people in the houses so I'll chat to you about what you do and what you're looking for. I can also give you details of transport links, the community, amenities etc.
My wife, Zoe, may well pick up my phone if I'm not around. She manages tenant recruitment and the day-to-day issues in the houses.

The boys, employed by us, cover cleaning, maintenance, refurbs and building projects across all the properties - running our own team means that jobs get done quickly and to a high standard. We also have a team of regular sub-contractors - Phil, James, Noel and Clinton.
